We can only guarantee
arrival on an exact Delivery Date if you choose Next Business Day or
Second Business Day options. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
If your order arrives late due to the shipping company's delay, a credit will be issued for the shipping charges. No credit will be issued for weather related delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

We accept Visa, and MasterCard. All orders are subject to approval. Orders will ship after the approval process is complete.
Out of Stock Items
You will be notified via email if we occasionally place an item on back order. If you do not wish to wait for availability, you may cancel the order. If we do not hear from you, we will ship the item when it is in stock.
Gift Delivery
We can not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We also do not recommend sending gift baskets, flowers or sweets to hospitals and hotels. We are not responsible if the recipient is no longer at the hospital or hotel when the gift arrives, the staff fails to deliver or the gift gets misplaced.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. This includes the recipients name, company name (if applicable), street address, floor, suite, or apartment number (if applicable), city, state, and zip code. The recipient's phone number (if available), would also be helpful.
There is a $20.00 fee if a gift has to be re-routed due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
